DESCRIPTION The vintage inspired tulip shape is both striking and comfortable. The high waist easily slips on with soft elastication in the back, and the two ties wrap around to tie in front, cinching the waist and creating a flattering silhouette.  There are 2 side seam pockets. This skirt has a playful optical illusion with stripes wrapping around the body.  PAIR WITH  Pinch Top in Scarlet Stripe   DETAILS Made in 100 Silk yarn dye striped shantung imported from India. Made locally at a mom and pop factory in DTLA.    FIT This skirt has a lot of room to fit many shapes because of the elastication and  way the belt wraps and cinches the waist.
