DESCRIPTION Summer hours at the office, then drinks and dinner al fresco. And relax.... Zia is a skirt that forgives a lot and is fun to twirl around in all summer long. The back waist is elasticated (we really don't like zippers), the attached waist sash can be styled different ways and sits flatteringly at the front. The Fabric gathers delicately at the dropped yoke seam, so the waist is not bulky but the skirt has lovely flowing volume.  There are 2 pockets in the seams to stash a tissue or breath mint at that party you have to talk to everyone and their brother.
