Pepper Berry Honey

Honey from the flower of the Brazilian Peppercorn, also known as the Christmas Berry bush for it's bright red clusters of small berries. This is a common shrub in Hawaii, although less common now as Albizia and Guinea Grass have taken some of its habitat. Its seeds can be dried and used as a substitute for pink peppercorns.  A farm favorite, light maple flavors blend with the subtle peppery goodness.
