Our signature Lydgate Farms 70% Dark chocolate bar. TASTING NOTES: Tangy tropical fruits and nut skins jump into the nose. Mouth feel is perfectly buttery and smooth. Nothing gritty or grainy to be found. Explosion of fruit and chocolate flavor on the melt, with toasty-roasty notes and fine-grained tannins making for a slight drying sensation. Serious tropical tree fruits like jackfruit and longan. I feel like I am in a candy store. Sweet dried apricots and citrus with light wood. Green banana. Fudgy chocolate and purple fruits disappearing like silk on my tongue with a flash of violets.
