Lydgate Farms 70% dark chocolate with handcrafted Hawaiian sea salt. Salt is known in Hawaiian as paa kai (solid ocean). Its presence in chocolate balances fruit flavors while adding a slight minerality and distinctive taste.  TASTING NOTES: Smelling this chocolate, I know I’m in for a ride…. Perfect smooth melt, like butter, no grit. The salt hits at the same time as the fruit, chocolate caramel cheesecake, brown sugar, nut butters and jelly wow. This bar has nothing I can compare to store bought chocolate, it’s just a different world of flavor. Luxury experience. Red and purple fruits combine with salt and sweetness dancing and melting in my mouth. Wow. Salted brownie bites. Breaking from my norm, this salt is my favorite of the season.
