When I made this, I believe I was trying to comfort my inner child and remind myself that I am still growing. It brought me to tears multiple times throughout and it was a delight to paint, this kind of catharsis is WHY art is awesome. This little guy is acrylic and varnish on 5 x 7” canvas board.
