These cake pans are bare metal, professional quality cake pans (no anodization process). They are made of 16 gauge aluminum, with straight even sides, and have the round rim for more uniform cooking. The cake pans are commercial grade and well known in the industry. This version is 3" tall. We also offer more sizes in a 2" tall round cake pan.
