Blocker The Tie Ring II by Blocker with Mag-Loc provides a safe, humane way to tie your horse. This Tie Ring II is designed to be a support system rather than a restraint system by allowig the horse to pull slack in the lead rope when he panics or falls. The release provided by the Tie Ring II dramatically reduces the threat of injury to you and/or your horsse. The Mag-Loc feature holds the tongue in place, making the Tie Ring II more stable so that it can be mounted at any height. The Tie Ring II can be used for cross ties, single ties, grooming and tack areas, trailers, hight lines, picket lines and hitch rails. The stay on either side of the tongue prevent the tongue from sliding around the ring so that your horse can safely pull slack from angle. The specially designed Quick Snap makes the Tie Ring II easy to move from location to location.
