Mullein leaf is known to help spastic coughs, bronchial congestion, chest colds, allergies, asthma, and other ailments involving the respiratory issues. It is often combined with echinacea for glandular health. SUGGESTED USE: Shake well before use. Enjoy by placing directly under tongue or adding to water, tea or juice.
