Jalape ño When I started my business, I did not offer a pepper jelly.  I was basically unfamiliar with this idea of a pepper jelly.  So, when my business expanded to New Braunfels, the next town down the highway. I had no idea of the culinary line between the two!  The first question I always received in new Braunfels was:  Do you have Jalapeño jelly?  I realized quickly that I needed to find a recipe and begin offering this flavor.  Being in Texas, there was not a shadow of a doubt that Jalapeño would become one of my best-selling flavors!
