Mango & Habanero Jam - net weight 8.0 ounces

Mango Habanero As I found my Cranberry Habanero to be very hot, I decided to make a spicy jelly between the Jalapeno and the Cranberry Habanero.  The result is the Mango Habanero.  As with all my pepper jellies, you get a great sweet fruit flavor on the tip of the tongue and when the flavor reaches the throat you get the burn!  And it stays a while!  Something I learned while at Coca-Cola was how the quality of the product could be tasted!  If the flavor dissipated before reaching the throat, it simply did not have the power and flavor.  Coca-Cola’s positioning statement included the “burn and bite at the back of the throat”.  My jellies certainly stand up to this test! Mango Habanero is my second best-selling flavor, as people find the flavor very pleasant without too much heat.
