Stunning Swiss blue topaz claw set with two diamonds on one side and three diamonds on opposite side on a 14-karat yellow gold beveled oval cable chain that has a clasp that features a silicone-lined bead that stays in place on the chain but allows customers to slide the chain through the bead to adjust the chain up to a maximum length of 22".
