A Year in the Bible | Volume 2 covers 1 Kings through Psalms. This year, we challenge you to make studying God’s Word much more than an item to check off your to-do list. Instead, we pray that each time you open Scripture, you would experience God’s presence and grow ever more sure that just as God has pursued His people throughout history. He is pursuing you right now. At this point in Scripture, God’s people are slowly heading toward disaster. The Israelites make decisions that only cause them to falter in their faithfulness to God and place themselves on a path that leads them away from the Lord. But God still has His people in His hands. God still has a plan to bring about restoration, and He will fulfill that plan no matter Israel’s actions.  In Volume 2 you will discover that God, though His people stray, will bring His people back on His path by His powerful presence.
