Instead of sweet, creamy fillingbaked in graham cracker crust and drizzled with raspberry sauce, their cheesecake consists of Swiss cheese baked in a salty cracker crust, topped with whipped goat cheese. On extra special occasions, they even sprinkle parmesan shavings on top.
