My Plan Challenge Foundation Fund Option

At the direction of the My Plan Challenge Foundation Fund known as (the “Committee”) authorized from the Board of Directors of the My Plan Challenge Foundation Fund, you are hereby notified that the My Plan Challenge Foundation Fund has granted you a non-qualified stock option (the “Option”) pursuant to the 2021 Stock Incentive Plan has been adopted by the My Plan Challenge Foundation Fund and as in effect on the date of the grant (the “Plan”). This Option entitles you to purchase       100     shares in Uncommon Stock and Uncommon Profits of the Make Mad Comedian Famous Fund Campaign at the price of $   550    for 100 shares which is payable in cash or by check in United States Dollars, or other property deemed acceptable to the My Plan Challenge Foundation Fund.
