Each boat entered chooses 3 days out of the competition days to declare for fish days.  2.     Each boat in the tournament shall text their captain's name, boat name, and the day they are declaring to 919-763-5109 to declare their fishing days. The days you choose to fish must be declared before 5 a.m. of the day you decide to fish for each of your 3 declarable days.  3.     Lines can be dropped in at 5 a.m and you can proceed to fish all day.
