Here we have an antique photograph of an Al Capone syndicate payoff locale, owned and operated by none other than Jake "Greasy Thumb" Guzik. This little gem is a piece of notorious mobster history at the mobster epicenter of Cicero, Illinois. I'm hungry for barbecue just looking at this thing!
