Chiffon Scrunchie to Glam Up Your Hair

Each scrunchie is a little over 7" in diameter flattened out, and uses 1/4"-3/8" braided elastic for long-lasting, comfortable wear. The length of the elastic is about 7" so that it fits comfortably on your wrist and wraps around your hair 2-3 times (depending on hair thickness).
