Having a superhero party with lots of cupcakes? Get more more wrappers! Make an ordinary cupcake super! These simply wrap around the paper baking cup of any standard-size cupcake. I made the wrappers in two designs - lightening bolts and stripes. They are shipped flat. Made of cardstock. NOTE: Cupcake toppers are sold separately. Shipping Shipping is free!!
