Alce Nero Passata di pomodoro biologicaItalian tomato purée 500g Alce Nero organic tomato puree is produced with tomatoes grown in Italy.The tomatoes, harvested in July, August and September, are processed in order to preserve flavors, aromas and nutritional properties. After selection and washing, the peel is removed from the tomatoes by steam; only afterwards the tomatoes are chopped, pureed and concentrated. Alce Nero organic tomato puree is prepared without additives or added salt.
