In the personalization box, your initials should be listed in First Name, Last Name, Middle Name order. Please also indicate if you would like a border around the monogram. These vinyl decals are for use on wood, plastic, glass and metal. On the checkout screen in the Order special instructions box, enter your initials in the order of: First Name, LAST Name, Middle Name. ( Robert, Stevens, David = RSD).  The large center initial will always be the first letter of the last name.
