With a strong commitment to environmental stewardship, Mapache preserves coffee forest canopies and uses a modern wet mill that conserves and recycles water. Pulp from milling is composted to enrich the soil, ensuring sustainability at their six farms. The Strictly High Grown coffees hail from Finca El Naranjito and Casa de Zinc in Concepción de Ataco, at 1,300 meters above sea level near El Imposible National Park.
