7-10oz. Blocks Farmer cheese is a reduced fat cheese that is sweet with a mild tanginess. A medium-hard cheese it slices very well and is great on sandwiches. Pairs well with:- Zinfandel and Rioja: red wines- Chenin Blanc, Gruner Veltiner, and Pinot Grigo: white wines Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not ship over the weekend. Most orders placed Thursday-Sunday will ship the following Monday, unless Saturday delivery is available in your area. We will notify you with a tracking number once your package ships.
