Page 1 is designed to be the "mat" / the page your child can place the cut-out items on. 3. I used round 3/4" diameter velcro (hook/loop) dots to match up the month, day, year, age and optional write-in name as shown in the Etsy listing pictures. For the candles, I used 7/8" velcro squares cut in thirds and then made a row of squares above the cake for child to match them up. If you have velcro strips/roll you can always use that on the cake page or just have your little one lay the candles on the page without velcro! Remember if laminating - edges can be sharp!
