Cardamom - 60% Cacao

Is there any better aroma than cardamom? We certainly don’t think so. Sweet, floral, a little bit citrusy, it is the perfect accompaniment to a smooth dark chocolate.  We grind single origin cardamom seeds from Guatemala to our Tumaco, Colombia cacao and sugar to create a wonderfully flavorful, decadent bar that is truly something to love. Whether paired with a nice glass of red wine, or simply enjoyed on its own, our Cardamom 60% is truly something special.  Ingredients: Cacao, Organic cane sugar, Organic cocoa butter, Cardamom Net Weight: 2.6 ounces(74 grams) Allergens: Prepared in a facility that also processes nuts and dairy.
