Vanilla Fennel - 76% Cacao

After an Indian meal, it is common to freshen your breath with a pinch of candy coated fennel. This was our inspiration for our Vanilla Fennel 76% Dark Chocolate bar. The floral, licorice flavor from fennel seed is paired with the familiar, warm baking spices of vanilla for a bar that is too easy to love at any time.
