Dave's Skok's Strong Arm Merkin has come on the scene as one of the most important permit flies in the caribbean. It simulates a fleeing crab and the permit are absolultely committal. Tied in several popular colors, the "arm" or claw is stiffened with resin to keep it from fouling. A marabou collar gives it breath and depth of movement.
