The Turquoise and Crystal Quartz MALA Necklace With Aqua Silk Tassel

HGN-439 A MALA (japa mala) is a string of 108 beads and has been used in Buddhism & Hinduism for centuries as a tool to help the mind focus on meditation, or count mantras. This beautiful piece is part of my PEACE PLEASE collection and was inspired by the profound impact that meditation & yoga have had on my life. It is infused with the very specific intention of nurturing inner peace and self-acceptance/compassion.    May it be a daily reminder to cultivate this serene state of being and gently encourage you to allow more of your true, beautiful self to emerge. Namaste.  The cool and soothing Turquoise stones (round, 6mm) and the Crystal Quartz gemstones (round, faceted, 6mm) were strung together on 100% silk thread with small recycled clear glass beads in between.
