Cattle horn hoop suspended from vermil chain on 18kt gold ear wire.  2.5 in L x 1in W Teruah:  Hebrew reference of blowing the Shofar horn 9 times to serve as a wake up call to the new year  This design has been hand made by female artisans overcoming addiction through Magdalene House of Charleston's residential program in South Carolina.
