Abalone Shell with Wooden Tripod Stand

This listing is for one Abalone Shell, approximately 5-6" and one hand-carved wooden tripod, approximately 6" that can comfortably hold the abalone. Due to the fact that this is made of natural material, there will be slight variations between products. Abalone Shells are commonly used as naturally sourced smudging bowl, as their rough exterior creates a barrier for the heat given off in these rituals. These shells are also used for jewelry, decoration, spiritual growth, and mother of pearl. Abalone shells have been collected over thousands of years by a variety of cultures.
