Scotch and Soda Coins - Trick

Scotch and Soda is, for many reasons, one of the best places to start learning magic. First, it can be used for many different and impressive tricks. Because the coins are a system of versatile gimmicks, many magicians have invented many great and different tricks using them. Cause the coins to teleport, vanish, change color, change size, penetrate a table, win bar bets, and more! The instructions explain a couple, and there are many more books and videos filled with nothing but tricks using these coins. As you might guess, there really isn't a definitive Scotch and Soda trick. There are just too many great tricks with the coins! That said, here is a trick we perform all the time at Magic, Inc. and is taught in the instructions provided with these coins. Effect: Put the silver coin and the copper coin in your spectators hand. Have them close their hand and bet them that they couldn't give you the copper coin without looking. When they try, the copper coin has changed into a quarter!
