Handmade By Master Reed Maker.  Grasshopper Beginner/Student Oboe Reeds are designed for early learners from first blow to 8 months experience. Handmade from scratch using Rigotti medium strength professional oboe cane and my "Easy Glide" synthetic cork staples.  They are more labor intensive than one would expect because they are truly balanced for extra response, then tone and pitch which requires more scrapes and adjustments. Tested and refined to meet or exceed high company standards for this grade.  As with any oboe reeds, individual results may vary.  Finishing Touches:   Dozens of micro adjustments prior to certification and ship.  Tested on my choice of Loree or Howarth XL Oboe.
