The Shadow Worker 🖤 An Anita Apothecary Original Design ©️2021 Anita Apothecary Shadow Work, or the Shadow Self, is looking inward, facing your past whether it be traumas, metaphorical demons, the darkness within~ the skeletons in our closets. It’s a way of self therapy and healing, a way to accept the darker parts of ourselves. Created for meditation, this candle signifies the darkness within each of us. Light your candle when working on your Shadow Self and use it as part of your self healing work. Dressed in dark florals, scented in a beautiful blend of berries and florals, and with a small mirror adorning the top. The mirror symbolizes our “looking within.” It’s easy to think of Shadow Work as a negative, it is a way to better understand ourselves. I hope my art in candle form can be of help during your own healing. Your candle comes in a 13oz glass jar, hand poured, designed and created here in my studio by yours truly. It was made with much love and attention to detail.
