A cute and breezy little dress by designer Holly Harp. I believe this is most likely late 1980s vintage, and so easy to wear. The silhouette is a simple shift with moderately padded shoulders and three quarter length sleeves. The two piece wrap detail with scalloped edges adds a feminine touch - the two sections are attached to the dress at the neckline but are otherwise free floating, creating the illusion of a short vest or capelet.SIZE: Labeled P Short  Measurements Inches Cm Bust 44" 111.75 Shoulders 17" 43 Approximate waist 39" 99 Approximate hips 39" 99 Length from shoulder seam 36" 91.5 Sweep 41" 104 FABRIC/COLORS: Light weight crepe in tomato red.
