For the first time ever at Mahalo, we're bringing in a decadent coffee from Puebla, Mexico! Puebla is the third largest producing city in the country due to their soil and production quality. While they traditionally produce washed coffees, they implement a fermentation process before washing to bring out a sweeter coffee.  This coffee is everything we look for; all around sweet, very distinct fruit notes and overall a well-balanced coffee in taste and body!
