These gems are almost vegan, save for the fact that they are sweetened with honey. They are high fiber, low glycemic, gluten free, high protein and made with only good fats. This is a great thing to eat as your first breakfast, or to power you through your first work out, with your first few cups of coffee, or to sustain you at any portion of your day when you need something hearty and healthy, but just a little bit sweet. Take it along to the coffee shop drive-thru, so you can have it with your coffee on the way to work, instead of a sugary pastry. Are you still used to super sweet cookies and muffins, and need a gradual weening off of your sweet tooth (like normal humans)? Then you may try "The Yonzi" first. It is a bit sweeter with dark chocolate chips. Better yet, why not get a sampler of both? We recommend storing them in an air tight container in the freezer. We even recommend eating them frozen, right out of the freezer! If that is not appealing to you, let them sit out
