This piece is about serenity, a return to equilibrium. My creativity for this art-work was sparked when I took a relaxing walk around a lake close by, just to clear my head. About halfway I just stood there, staring at the depths of this beautiful green lake and thinking about life. With deep shades of light and dark green, I tried to express those thoughts and feelings and create my own ode to the lake, titled “Deep Lake”.This unique handwoven fiber-artwork is part of the “Organic Collection”.
