Signed and dated "Allan D'Arcangelo 1978" to the bottom right and marked A/P VI to the bottom left.Born in Buffalo, New York, D'Arcangelo worked in Pop Art, Surrealism, hard-edge and minimalist painting. He's known for his depictions of highways and road barriers, the hard landscapes of the 1960s and 1970s.
