Charlton Plein Air Painting Workshop - June 14

Grab some paintbrushes, pack a lunch, and join artist Samuel Leone, for a relaxing day of painting “en plein air” in scenic Charlton, New York!  Participants will be introduced to the fundamentals of outdoor painting, with a focus on observation, composition, and technique in the rural setting that surrounds us at Main Street Studio!  Samuel is one of our very talented “Charlton Makes!” artists and we were thrilled to have him offer to share his time and talents with the community this year! Participants will meet up at the Studio in the morning for a brief introduction, and then head down to Maple Ave to start with painting near the Charlton Historical Society Schoolhouse and Church Museum. From that corner you can also see the Charlton Tavern and Sugarbush Lane Mercantile.
