Reminiscent of a Kenya AA, this Light Roast is a blend of a Fair Trade Rwandan and a Fair Trade Organic Sulawesi. With notes of tart cherries, lemon, orange, and mixed berries this is a bright and complex cup suitable for someone with a discerning palate. Flavor Profile: Palate: tart cherries, lemon, orange Finish: mixed berries Brewing Recommendation: French Press, Pour Over, Drip Standing 3795’ tall, Mount Coe is Maine’s 22nd highest peak and its small, open summit allows for spectacular views in every direction.
