This base plate is pre drilled to fit the Harbor Freight Drillmaster Trim Router. It measures 5" X 7.5". The center hole is 1.75" in diameter. It comes with the handles attached. See video Coffee & Questions 3/15/17Our base plates are designed specifically for freehand carving wood signs. In most cases they are not made to work with factory made dust extraction ports.
