This Base Plate is pre drilled to fit the Performax Compact 1-1/4 HP Variable Speed Fixed Base RouterIt measures 5" X 7.5". The center hole is 1.75" in diameter.It comes with the handles attached. Our base plates are designed specifically for freehand carving wood signs. In most cases they are not made to work with factory made dust extraction ports.
