This soft fabric hat features a burgundy satin fabric backed with foam. It has a 7’’ tall pointed crown and a 1 ½’’ soft brim. This adorable witch hat is trimmed with an 8’’ long tulle veil, two black and gold ribbon flowers and two tall black feathers in front.  The Mini Witch Hat is attached to a black fabric covered headband for ease of wear. Includes: One mini witch band glued to a headband. Color: Burgundy Size: One Size fits adults and children. Materials: Polyester Note: This is a soft, fabric covered foam hat.
