D Liles Evangeline flower girl special occasion tutu dress (worn once) 12m & 3T-4T

Gorgeous vintage inspired flower girl/special occasion dress from D. Liles Collection. Creamy soft white in color it features a Venetian lace on a stretchy bodice, with an attached skirt  4 layers of soft tulle. The back is fully elastic for a stretchy, comfy fit and the straps can be tied multiple ways (as shown in pics) and can adjust the length. Truly a gorgeous,  quality dress! Like new!
