Workshop: Image and Word Sandwich March 20, 2026 1-4 pm Decorate the page with thoughtful inner dialogue through hand lettering and images. Feed your heart and soul with images and text that come from your daily life. We will write from images and then draw from writing to create finished work that chapters a moment in time. We will use the dead easy drawing technique, watercolors, freewriting, pencils, and your luminous spirit to create art.  Alix has a PFA and MFA in Art and was a professor of Fine Art and Computer Graphics. Alix brings her graphic images and love of type to her creative art journaling and large scale water medium paintings and encaustic art (using pigmented beeswax, tree resin, and fire).
