Vieja Valley Mini Makers: Handbuilding Ceramics for Kids TK/K

Description: Let your child’s creativity shine in our handbuilding ceramics program! Students will explore clay through exciting projects like pinch pots, character modeling, and mystical creatures. Students will begin each lesson designing their ideas on paper and then, with guided instruction and plenty of room for imagination, they will learn handbuilding techniques, decorate their creations, and bring home unique works of art. Materials, clay, tools, and firing included. Students will receive their finished pieces throughout the class session. Grades: TK/K Session: 10/14/25 - 12/16/25 (8 lessons) Day of the week: Tuesdays Time: 1:30pm - 2:30pm NO class on the following dates: - 11/11 - Veterans Day - 11/25 - Thanksgiving break Location: Vieja Valley Elementary School
