This premium quality lapis is from Afghanistan and is composed of approximately 95% lazurite. This material darkens and deepens when the stone is wet or sealed with an adhesive, and is a classic choice for your higher-end woodworking and ring inlay projects.  MATERIAL SIZE Our crushed coarse material is considered to be pea-sized gravel, ranging between 2 millimeters to 4 millimeters.
