The newest Sylvia Design Cabinet Model 2600 Quilt Mate Cabinet easily fits the largest of the large sewing and embroidery machines manufactured today. The sewing machine opening measures 27 3/8” x 14 3/16″. This sewing and quilting cabinet includes two Rudersburg lift mechanisms, one mounted on the left side of the machine opening and the other on the right side to support the machine platform evenly at both ends and the extra weight of these heavy machines. Vibration is greatly reduced with the sturdiness of two separate lift systems working as one. This cabinet was designed by quilters and sewers and folks that like to embroider. There are many conveniences built into the cabinet design, especially for quilters and sewers who work on large projects.
