Siglent SDS5054X 500MHz 4-Ch Digital Oscilloscope

The Siglent SDS5054X is an advanced 4 channel 500MHz digital oscilloscope with the option of 16 digital channels for true mixed signal analysis.  With a maximum sample rate of 5GSa/s, this premium scope offers a maximum record length of 250Mpts to allow for deep memory investigation of glitches and infrequent events.
