TUESDAY Kids Garment Sewing T-shirt 12:00-1:30 - January - May 2026 For kids who have completed the Intermediate 2 semester (exceptions made for some students. Please contact Mrs G). Begins the week of January 26. Ends the first week of May. Minimum class size is 6. We may cancel if there aren't enough students (so tell your friends!). GARMENT 1 STUDENTS: Each student will learn to measure themselves and find the right pattern size for their shape. They will then learn to cut out a garment pattern and sew together a knit fabric (stretch) t-shirt. After that they will sew knit athletic shorts. If there is time they will move onto a 3rd stretch knit project. Students will work at their own pace but we will cover a lot of ground and have a lot of fun! The patterns will be their's to keep so they can repeat these projects on their own. Planned projects (subject to change):  *Every child works and learns at a different pace so we can't guarantee each child will finish every planned project.
